SRS merges with Ethicall

Special Resolution Services Limited is to merge with newly formed Ethicall Field Services Limited to create a new proposition in the field agency support market.

SRS says it has pioneered a unique three step process designed to improve the quality of information lenders have available to them when making customer-led decisions as part of their loan modification hardship programmes.

Martin Swann, director of SRS, commented: “Following successful pilot exercises it was apparent that scaling our business via an employed route with dedicated field representatives was the real key to enhancing our performance.

“Our new link with Ethicall will provide us exactly with the platform we now need and, we look forward to raising the industry bar for critical performance measures, such as income and expenditure verification percentages, and arrangement sustainability levels.”

Ethicall director, Geoff Poundes, was equally enthusiastic about the combined business’s prospects: He said: “With Martin and the SRS team on board, we now have a fantastic mix of knowledge and experience to further enhance our unrivalled business model.

“We are now well placed to work with those lending and credit providers who want to see us not just as another step in their credit management workflow, but as being pivotal to the customer experience. We believe that it is this experience which will directly influence how the customer behaves in relation to their debt thereafter.”
