ERSA branches out into Scotland

The Equity Release Solicitors’ Alliance (ERSA) has signed up new Scottish member, Caesar & Howie.

Caesar & Howie was established in 1792 and is one of the oldest firms in Scotland. It has specialised in equity release for over three years and have a growing team dedicated solely to equity release conveyancing. In 2008, Caesar & Howie won two categories at the Law Awards of Scotland where they took the Up and Coming Firm of the Year and Conveyancing Firm of the Year titles.

 

ERSA is a group of established law firms that specialise within the area of equity release and Caesar & Howie joins the six founding members; Equilaw LLP, Ashfords, Gwyn James, Goldsmith Williams, Birchall Blackburn LLP and Blacks LLP.
